Love my hoop! When I received it in the mail I realized it had become damaged in the shipping process, so I emailed the shop owner and she was completely great! She emailed me the missing piece free of charge and even refunded my hoop without me asking. Once I got the piece in the hoop it worked perfectly. The grip tape helps me especially since I'm a beginner. I'll definitely be shopping from here again!

Awesome! Love my new hoop. The red-orange is beautiful and bright, just as in the picture. I ordered 33'', it was cut perfect, clean lines and the perfect size. I didn't realize that I ordered friction fit, I usually order riveted. However, this seems to be much better for easy travel. It hasn't come open while I'm hooping, so it is okay with me. Thank you for the awesome hoop!
