As blouse stitching will be done by the tailor based on your given measurement remotely, so in rare cases, there may be issue regarding inaccurate fittings, lining and quality of stitching.

NB: Both fall-pico & blouse stitching services will be treated as customized order. Kindly note, we'll not be in a position to accept any Cancellation/Return/Exchange for customized orders.

Processing Time:

As mentioned in the individual product listing. For the purchase of multiple items in a single order, the product with longest processing time will be considered.

In spite of that if you receive any damaged product by a rare chance, kindly notify us within 48 hours of the shipment being delivered with the picture of the defect. We will gladly process your replacement or exchange order for the same product and it may take a processing time to dispatch further.

Please be informed that the replacement or exchange is only applicable for any visible damage with clear pictures of the defect.
