Instructions she sent were wrong temp, attempted to communicate with her and she was always on vacation, holiday and so on. Took weeks to get so .... OK. Then instructions were wrong and the material melted on the uniform sweaters. So OK tried to solve it but she told me to just file a claim thinking Etsy would side with (being a seller and having had to deal with this prior). So had to have Etsy Claims assist resolving this when all she had to was work on replacements.

The correct instructions were sent straight from the manufacturer's website. Customer used the wrong temperature,burned the items, and immediately opened a claim on Etsy a month after receiving the order, and before trying to work out the problem with us. During the claim, she refused to send pictures so I could view damages and assist her in troubleshooting, So etsy sided with us and closed her claim. Customer was advised repeatedly that the shop would be going on vacation for a period of time during the holidays and raised no concerns at the time, customer also created delays for herself by changing her mind and cancelling the order(making us have to cancel the supplies order) and deciding to place it again months later. The order was shipped and received within the estimated range that was shared with them.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
*Custom Orders*
Absolutely no returns on custom orders.

Due to the nature of the products sold in my shop returns, exchanges and refunds are NOT accepted for hygienic and sanitary reasons.

I will always package your item in bubble wrap to protect your purchase so it would be unlikely to arrive damaged. If an item is damaged when it arrives to you, please send it back to us (or take a picture of the broken/damaged item) and we will fix it or make you a new one (This ONLY applies if the item is within 7 days of receiving the item).

IF by chance I do issue a refund you will get a refund Minus the shipping Fee and Etsy Fee.

Payment is due at time of purchase.

I accept Paypal, Etsy Gift cards and Direct Checkout. Paypal is preferred, but any of those payments are fine.

Cancellations on any order MUST occur within 24 hours of buying an item and before your order has been shipped, once it has been shipped it can NOT be canceled!
I do reserve the right to refuse refunds/service at my own discretion.

Because your order is hand made especially for you please allow 3-5 Business days for turnaround time, this does not include holidays or weekends, then shipping takes 3-14 days depending on the item. All packages will be shipped USPS with Tracking. Packaging supplies has been calculated into shipping cost.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS ON ETSY IS THE CORRECT ADDRESS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!! Please note that i will only ship to address associated with your etsy acct.

We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address, if the wrong address is provided customers must pay for shipping again to the the new address.

Once your delivery has been sent to USPS I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages during transport via USPS you can Purchase the Insurance option if you would like Insurance. It is located under Upgrades/Extras.

I work in a Smoke Free Environment. Everything in my shop is handcrafted by me so I am always open to custom orders.

Any coupons offered MUST be used during checkout!! I do not offer a discount refund after purchase has been made.

Due to camera settings & different monitor settings, some our nail polishes may look slightly different (lighter or darker) when you purchase them.

If you are dissatisfied with an item which you receive from me for any reason, please contact me BEFORE leaving A negative feedback I will try my best to make things right again! ^-^
