Slow clothing
I remember learnning to knit when I was a little girl, with my grand mother. My first work was a scarf for my teddy bear.
As I grew up, I always had a need to create things, but it took me a long time to come and focus on knitting.
After graduating from fashion school, I got in charge of a yarn shop, where I fell back in love with knitting.
At that time, I felt that knitting would be the right way to express my creativity. I started to try every types of yarns and patterns that I could find, and quickly started to create my own designs.
CreaKy was born!
I'm very dedicated to my work, I often carry the piece I'm knitting so that I can knit a few rows here and there. Knitting is a slow process and each item has its own history, that's what I like about it.
I'm in charge of all the process of creating my items, from coming up with the idea of a new design, choosing the best yarn, making up the pattern and knitting.
