I'm having issues unzipping the files I've downloaded. Can you help resolve this?
You will need to use a software program that unzips the files for you.
MAC users: Use Archive Utility. Using Finder, navigate your window to where you downloaded the zip files. Double click on the zip file, and the process should run for you.
PC users: You can download WinZip for free. Using Windows Explorer, navigate your window to where you downloaded the zip files. Right click on the zip file, and select unarchive with WinZip. Follow the steps to complete the process.
The program I'm using will not open the files (or receiving an error message). How can I resolve?
Be sure to un-zip the files prior to attempting to open them with any program. If you have unzipped and are still having issues, try copying the files to a new location on your computer.
If you are trying to open the files on an ipad, or iphone, you will need an app like GoodReader, Transmit, or Dropbox to unzip them and view.
Can I change the colors of a set or single file?
Yes! Any of the patterns in the shop can be custom colored. Please contact us for details of the request. Please be sure to include which set you are interested in.
Can your products be purchased for small business use?
Yes. Any of the stores products may be bought at the regular purchase price for small business use of runs 350 AND UNDER.

Do you allow commercial licensing? Can I purchase your products for commercial use?
Yes, commercial licensing is available and can be purchased, and MUST be purchased if planning to use in over 350 runs. Please message us for details. We are working on a more readily available option.
