How long will my order take to arrive in the USA?
Standard delivery usually takes approx 7-10 working days or alternatively you can select our express service which takes 2-3 working days.

Standard delivery usually takes approx 2-3 working days or alternatively you can select our express next day service.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our workshop hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. All orders placed before 6am GMT will be made and dispatched the same working day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Etsy with tracking details.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you’ve noticed an error with your delivery address please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to update this. Please note, if your item has already been packaged up and dispatched it won’t be possible to amend the delivery details.

We are unable to offer individual proofs, however we always try to crop the photos the best we can, and we will be in touch if there are any issues.
