Can you edit my template for me?
All of the templates in our shop are DIY edit yourself.
If you would like us to edit the template for you please purchase the Edit for me Add-On along with your template.
Please include text for template in personalization of Add-On, then message us any picture the template allows after purchase.

Where is my email with access to my template?
**Email from Corjl is sent to email address linked to Etsy Account.**
Once your order is processed you will receive the link in under a few minutes, usually instantly, please check your junk mail if you do not see it.
You may also go to www.corjl.com/orders/new/login and enter your Order ID to access your template!

How to access template without email?
You may go to www.corjl.com/orders/new/login and type in your Order ID!
How to change the Ultrasound/Sample Photo?
When editing on a mobile device, double tap the Ultrasound/Sample Photo then you will be prompted to upload your own image, which will replace the example shown.
When editing on a computer, click the Ultrasound/Sample Photo and on the top right of the design screen click 'Replace Image' you will be prompted to upload your own image, which will replace the example shown.
You may also remove the ultrasound from the design if you wish.
Can I remove the Ultrasound?
Yes, the ultrasound can be removed by selecting the sample ultrasound and hit delete in the upper right hand corner on a computer. If editing on your phone or other mobile device you can drag the ultrasound off the announcement

Yes! If you do not see a design you absolutely love in our shop, please reach out to us to discuss a custom order/private listing! Please give us 1 business day to respond to any inquires!
How long do I have access to edit my digital template?
Our templates are accessible for 1 year from the purchase date to edit OR until you mark the template as COMPLETE then the template can no longer be edited.
How do I change the text?
If you are having difficulty changing text within a template try the following!
On a Computer you should be able to click on layers at the bottom right hand corner of the screen on a computer then click the text field you would like to change.
On a mobile device click edit text then next until you get to the text you would like to change.
Why is the font color not changing?
Mobile editing does not allow for changing the color of the font.
Some of our designs have clipping mask on fonts if you are on a computer and are not able to change the color of the font please message us and we can let you know if it is a clipping mask and help change your item so you can use a different color!
