The turnaround time varies from week to week, from the time I receive garments...I provide a BROAD ESTIMATE, based on the large quantity orders that come in, taking up weeks that multiple smaller quantity orders would usually fill. There is never a time that I do not have a waitline. Please make sure that you inquire for the current turnaround, and count your calendar!

DO NOT PREPAY UNLESS YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THE TURNAROUND TIME MEETS YOUR NEEDS!!!!! Turnaround is typically 12-14wks from my receipt of your garment. There are 80-100 customs items shelved in line of receipt, waiting to be created! I put my heart and soul into each and they are not "quickies" to create. My goal is to create your heirloom, so turnaround may be longer than those who do not receive orders daily, like I do. I do however, try very hard to beat the estimated delivery times, and generally do... Most importantly, I rarely ever extend past the estimated return time; and keep you informed should their be an issue that would prevent meeting the deadline.

All items are produced from my own pattern design. All designs are original and are not cut from a commercial pattern. I love creating one-of-a-kind quality and detailing in your piece of heirloom art!

Each item is created from the garment fabric and/or embellishments that are on the garment... I do not do "handbeading." Every item you see ...wedding and formalwear "embellished," is detailed with the lacework and/or beadwork taken from the garment sent to me. To handbead myself, it would take countless hours, that would render the items "unaffordable" to the general population. If you would like to purchase embellished lace (already beaded), I am happy to add those touches as if they came from the dress itself, but I do not make the purchase, nor apply beads by hand.

***Note EMBROIDERY WORK IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY BEAR/ELEPHANT/PILLOW COST. EMBROIDERY IS AN OUTSOURCED SERVICE, AND THE EMBROIDERER SETS HER FEES. THAT FEE IS PAID UPFRONT TO HER, THEN ADDED TO YOUR BEAR COST. THERE IS NO SURCHARGE ADDED FOR THE EFFORTS ON MY PART, TO GET TO AND FROM THE EMBROIDERER. HER CHARGE, IS YOUR CHARGE. HAPPY TO INQUIRE OF HER WHAT THE COST IS FOR ANY EMBROIDERY YOU WOULD LIKE...BUT KNOW THAT ALL IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE, BASED ON THE SIZE OF AND BEAR'S CONSTRUCTION LIMITATIONS. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT IF THE EMBROIDERY IS KEY TO YOUR PURCHASE, THAT YOU INQUIRE FOR PRICING PRIOR TO SUBMITTING AND ORDER...NOT JUST IN YOUR SHIPMENT. RETURN OF GARMENTS, SHOULD YOU WISH TO GO ELSEWHERE (WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE IF THE EMBROIDERY IS KEY TO YOUR PURCHASE), IS AT YOUR EXPENSE.

THE BEARS INCLUDE FREE SHIPPING OF THE WEIGHT AND BULK OF THE BEARS ALONE....IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL WEIGHT AND BULK INCURRED WITH THE SHIPPING OF GARMENTS AND REMNANTS BACK. THAT INFORMATION IS ALSO NOTED IN YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED WHEN YOU CONTACT INITIALLY.
