***Please note that custom orders and reserved listings will be held for 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the order will be canceled and fabrics made available to other buyers.
Fabric Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (fabric), we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer fabric swatches in the USA if you would like to sample fabric before you buy. Send us a message to request a swatch.
We do our very best to ensure our images and photographs accurately represent the colors of our fabrics & quilts. However, color perception may vary between devices. For fabric purchases, if color-matching is important, please contact us for a fabric swatch.
Fabric is not always printed straight. This is something we have no control over. When purchasing obviously directional prints, please keep this in mind.
Fabric Defects
Refunds will be given if the fabric has a manufacturer's defect. Please contact us to arrange a refund if there is a manufacturer's defect. Color choices are not a defect and will not be refunded. Please request a fabric color swatch if color-matching is important to you.
Additional Policies
Purchases of more than one unit of the same fabric will be cut as one continuous piece (except fat quarters & unless otherwise stated in the listing).
If you have any questions or need to check yardage availability, send me a message, I can usually respond quickly.
Undeliverable orders
We are only able to ship to the address you provide. If the postal service is unable to deliver your package, you will be responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship your order to a different address. Refunds for products on undeliverable orders will only be given once we have received back the order. Refunds for shipping will not be given.
