You can use our graphics for all your personal business needs, without having to credit us.

For example - Use the graphics to create your own logo or branding, decorate your blog or website and use it to create social media posts. Spruce up your packaging materials, business stationary, business cards etc.

However, if you are creating a lead magnet or an item for sale then please adhere to the terms of our Standard License included within each set or purchase an appropriate Extended License.

Yes, however your products must be different from the original design that has been sold and must not violate our license terms.

If you are selling a digital product then no credit is needed on the product itself but please make sure to clearly state that you have used artwork from www.createthecut.com in your product description. This cannot be hidden in your polices page, FAQs or any other page on your website but must be placed underneath the product itself. You are not obligated to give credit if you are promoting your product on social media but a link to us is greatly appreciated.

If it is not possible to give credit then please remember you are limited to using the graphics on one end product with a maximum limit of 500 units or you can purchase an Extended License.

If you are selling a physical product then you must print the credit on the product itself, stating that the artwork is from www.createthecut.com. This can be done discreetly, such as on the inside or back cover of a notebook.

These include but are not limited to;
• Wedding invitation suites and stationery, printed or digital.
• Pre-made branding and logo design or custom work for clients.
• Art prints printed or digital.
• Paper stationery goods printed or digital.
• Handmade projects for sale - apparel, jewelry, party goods. Etc.

Do make sure that the finished design is not a simple drag and drop from the original artwork, you can create something that is your own, perhaps by incorporating it into your own design, adding text and other elements or changing colours etc.

You cannot make new clip art or digital graphic resources for sale using our designs.

You may wish to incorporate the designs into a digital planner, journal or scrapbooking kit but please use the artwork sparingly without any item being extractable or used on its own e.g. as a die cut.

You can use the artwork in an editable template however the design must not be able to be extracted. Make sure to flatten the artwork to the base of the template. You can also use the artwork on an online editing program, or a paid for platform like Templett, however make sure that the customer cannot extract the artwork from the program itself.

If you wish to install our artwork directly onto your own online editor or app for others to use and design with, for example a photo editing app that allows you to add artwork overlays please get in touch about our App or Server Licenses.

Yes, you may use the artwork to create items for sale on websites like Zazzle, Cafepress, Spoonflower etc. However, do make sure that the finished design is not a simple drag and drop from the original artwork, you can create something that is your own, perhaps by incorporating it into your own design, adding text and other elements or changing colours etc.

You may purchase an Extended License for Solo Businesses if you are the sole owner of the business or in a partnership with no employees. We will still consider you a solo business owner if you hire others for certain contract work or for external affairs, such as an accountant or bookkeeper. Please purchase the Business License if you are a company that has one employee or more.

No problem, you can easily purchase an Extended License for any set. Unfortunately we cannot refund you for any Extended Licenses purchased if you are upgrading to any of our Business Licenses. We can however upgrade you from a Solo Business License to a Business License.
