I just received my Bumblebee Suncatcher & it arrived early. I am so thrilled & excited with it! I love, love, love it! The colors are gorgeous! It is even more beautiful than pictured! It goes so well with my Theme this year for my home inside & outside and the amazing thing I cared for a Bumblebee for 2 weeks who had an injured wing. He started to fly inside the house so meant was well & we released him. Doing What I Love!

I started CreatedbyMama with my aunt. Me and my aunt MAMA. We both have a love of crafting. I believe my aunt dabbled in every type of craft. Sewing, crocheting, knitting, floral arranging, jewelry making, candy making, etc. You name it she tried it and was good at them all. I believe my love of crafting is a direct result of the bond we share, well shared. In 2020 my aunt passed away. Crafting then became my stress relief and my grieving therapy.

It never entered my mind, to change the name of my shop, so CreatedbyMama continues. I still believe my aunt is on the crafting journey with me. She's still part of the shop. Since inheriting her craft supplies I have incorporated something from her "stash" in each piece I make. I was inspired to do this by a poem, called "Epitaph" and written by author and poet Merrit Malloy - the last verse

Love doesn’t die,
People do.
So, when all that’s left of me
Is love,
Give me away

So a little love goes into each piece.
