I’ve ordered three custom pet portraits from her, all as gifts for family and friends, and every single one has been absolutely perfect. She captured each pet so beautifully and somehow managed to make the portraits look exactly like the photos I sent. The recipients were genuinely touched, and these beautiful paintings have brought so much joy to the people I’ve given them to. Emma is incredibly talented, and you can tell how much care and attention she puts into every piece. I’m beyond happy with all three portraits and will definitely be ordering from her again in the future. Highly, highly recommend! ❤️

Certainly! Each artwork is shipped only after your complete satisfaction. We will make revisions until you are happy with the result.

For unframed option, we can customize any size below 11x14 inches.

Can you combine different photos together?
Yes! I can combine multiple photos into one portrait. This is very common for family portraits, memorial pieces, or when people or pets are in separate photos.
How long does the artwork creation process take?
The time required for your artwork may vary based on complexity and our current workload. Typically, you can expect your order to be completed within 2-4 days for digital files and 6-12 business days for physical copies.
What happens if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Can I make changes after approving the composition?
Yes. During the composition stage, photo changes, positioning, sizing, and layout adjustments are free until the composition is approved.
After approval and completion of the artwork, major changes such as replacing photos or significantly changing positions may incur an additional redraw fee.
