After estimated arrival day came and passed I contacted the seller. I was told it was going out for shipment the following day. 10 days later I finally received my item. In total the item arrived 2 weeks after its expected arrival date. Nothing was offered by seller to rectify the excessive delay. I spent nearly $20 on a Gatorade bottle. Although, custom it was a lot to pay. I did so due in large part to it's arrival date. At the very least a simple email explaining the delay and an apology would've gone a long way vs me having to contact the seller. Due to poor communication on the sellers part I will not be using creatingwitherica again.

Seller never shipped order. Never responded to multiple messages. I had to start a case with Etsy and then was issued a refund. Was willing to work with the seller as I still wanted the items, but she never messaged me to explain what happened. Will never order from here again.
