What is distressed or clean edges?
All custom orders have the option for either distressed or clean edges.
Distressed edges means the front edges of the wood are sanded to show the natural pine wood underneath the stain/paint to give more of a rustic look.
Clean edges means the edges are not sanded and it give more of a clean look.
Can I choose a different font color other than white?
Yes, please let me know what color you like for the font and I will accommodate depending on colors availability.
What if there are cracks, knots or any imperfections on my signs?
Those are normal and most often will appear on natural wood.
Can I return custom or personalized order?
No. However if there is any problem with your order please let me know as soon as you received it. If there is any damage on the wood sign during shipping I will replace the item.
What if my orders don't arrive on time?
Please order as early as possible before your events. Items that have been shipped are beyond my control. I will always ship the order on a timely manner and more often before the shipping due date. Priority mail (1-3 days delivery) doesn't guarantee that the mail will get to the destination on time. Priority Mail EXPRESS is the only guaranteed 1-2 days delivery.
