We offer USPS Priority mail for both US buyers and International buyers at checkout, which can expedite your processing and estimated delivery time.

We will NOT refund an order if it does not arrive by the date needed, because it is only an estimate.

The buyer is responsible for using the estimated processing and shipping times to place their order with enough time before their event.

YES! Because international shipping is an ESTIMATED price, we will refund you any shipping overages that exceed $1 once your order is shipped.

YES! Combined shipping discounts are automatically applied once you purchase multiple items from our shop in ONE order.

All items must be placed on the same order for the discount to apply.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and message us if there are any issues (Max. 2 days from delivery). We will prioritize and resolve the problem ASAP.

In all cases, a photograph is required for store credit or exchange and in some cases we may ask you to return the item to us.

If requested, damaged and incorrect items must be shipped back to us (at buyer's expense) before store credit or item exchange can be issued.

Custom/Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

If an item is thrown away by the buyer we are not able to process a return or exchange.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Items will be shipped to the address on your Etsy account, unless you specify otherwise.

We do not offer refunds on any orders with undeliverable addresses or incorrect addresses given.

Colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another, different types of brands of paper and ink and also with the choice of printer settings.

We are not responsible for color variations. Because there is a vast number of variables involved with printing, there will be no refunds and no design revisions of colors if you do not like the colors when printed.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Please be sure to print a proof page of your files before purchasing party supplies to coordinate if color matches are extremely important to you.

All items are for PERSONAL USE ONLY! Commercial use is strictly PROHIBITED. You may not manipulate or alter these images in any way. You may not redistribute the file or sell the printed item for profit. File sharing, distributing or selling the designs or any other elements within them, in any other format (including templates, websites, brochures and advertising) or on any products is strictly prohibited.

Any licensed images of characters used in the designs are free and are not being sold. Character copyright is held by the original owner.

Designs are intended for ONE TIME use only.

Your purchase on all items sold in our shop are for the labor and time involved in creating these custom items.

Please notify us ASAP if you notice your package is not moving...we will try our best to contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) and locate your package. Additionally, we encourage you to reach out to them as well. Please note, we are NOT responsible for any lost or missing packages as a result of the USPS. No refunds will be given due to the fault of the USPS. We are only able to issue refunds if the problem is under our control.
