Lovey item & made the perfect 21st bday celebration complete!

We reached out to her super last minute and she responded super fast and was able to rush ship the sign to get it there when we needed it. It was perfect when it got there, exactly what we asked for!!

These couldn’t have come out any better they were exactly what I imagined and contacting the seller for design questions was so easy, she responded so quick and was willing to do anything to accommodate for my needs. Would 100% recommend!

Item itself is beautiful. It was slightly damaged during transit. Not the sellers fault and she did refund a majority of my order. We will still use the sign for my daughters 21st birthday. Just be sure to mention to extra wrap the sign so it doesn’t arrive with ripples. I am going to attempt to fix the sign but if not it’s still beautiful. Seller customer service was excellent. She was fast to respond. And offered suggestions on how to fix the sign. Overall happy with the outcome, seller and the item.

Ordered this for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I absolutely love it and can’t wait to give it to her’
