All our shirts and sweatshirts are designed to be unisex and follow standard sizing. You can find detailed sizing information in the photo section of each product listing. For items other than apparel, specific size details can be found in the product description.

At this time, we regret to inform you that we cannot include gift messages with your orders. Please be assured that no pricing information is included in the packaging. If you wish to include a personalized message for the recipient, we recommend sending a separate note to them.

When it comes to Shipping Time Estimates, please understand that these are based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to potential carrier fluctuations, we're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. We advise you to plan accordingly. Please note that we do not provide refunds for orders delivered within their estimated window.

Please double-check to ensure it's accurate before finalizing your order. If you spot an error, reach out to us immediately. If it's not too late, we'll do our best to correct it for you. Please include your order number and the corrected address in your message. If your item(s) have already been shipped, any return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept forced returns, and refunds will not be issued for reasons related to incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses.

If you encounter an issue with an item, although it's rare, please send us a picture and provide details through an Etsy message. We'll promptly address the problem, which may involve a replacement or, in some cases, a refund.

If you have ordered different products types, there is a good chance they were shipped separately. We have multiple partners that help us with our printing and engraving that specialize in different product types. Please reach out if you are unsure if this is the case.

Please note that refunds are only issued for product issues that cannot be resolved through a replacement, and they are not applicable for shipping delays. If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, it will either be replaced or refunded once this confirmation is received.
