Custom and personalized orders
All our items are made to order custom orders & we do not accept cancellations after 2 hours of your purchase....we do not issue refunds unless the issue is a fault of our shop.
Shipping
We ship USPS 1st class, items over 1 pound will ship USPS priority mail or UPS ground but we do offer a FedEx upgrade...Look for this option in our menu section of the shop...Shipping times are not guaranteed and are not determined by us! We are not responsible for delays during shipping. Please track your package with the tracking number provided to you in the form of an email from Etsy or by clicking your order history in your Etsy account. Contact your local Post Office or USPS ...do not contact us unless your package is at least 21 days past the day we shipped . After 21 days we can file a lost package claim for you.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Due to USPS shipping delays, please note that we do offer UPS & FedEX shipping .Please let us know if you want to upgrade to the UPS or FedEx option. We DO NOT issue refunds due to shipping delays unless USPS approves a lost mail claim (20 days past the date we shipped) We DO ship on time but we have no control over the postal service.
Sizing details
Please note sizes of our flags & materials from which we make them (burlap, vinyl, polyester, canvas) *ALSO NOTE YOUR FLAG STAND SIZE* measure the curl on the end of your flag stand to make sure it will accommodate our flags. Burlap flags & polyester flags have a 1 1/2 inch pole pocket opening, Vinyl flags have a 2 1/4 inch opening & canvas/poplin fabric have a 2 inch opening. We do sell flag stands that will work with our flags if you do not have a stand .
