The seller was quick to respond to messages, and helpful to make sure the photos I wanted to use fit properly on the photo strips. The photo strips were shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the photo strips got lost in the mail, but the seller quickly shipped out another set to make sure I had my order for my event. Very impressive customer service!

When will I receive my order?
Standard processing time is 2-5 business days after you have placed your order. This does not include shipping time. All US orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. It takes about 2 to 7 business days.

Can I return or refund my order?
Items in my Etsy shop are all personalized or custom made, therefore I do not accept returns or refunds. Also, I am not responsible for any damage done to the decal sticker in your application process. If there are any mistakes on my part, please send me a message right away and I will fix them.
