I accept most payment methods offered by Etsy, except for personal checks and money orders.

I sell and ship worldwide. Orders will be shipped to your Etsy address, unless you request differently. Shippingcosts have been set to lowest pricing, without tracking, insurance and registering. If you require additional service or if shippingcosts to your country are not listed, please consult me before ordering. Shippingcosts have been set for one item only. For additional products please consult me first. Seller can not be held responsible for damage or loss of goods after they have been shipped.

Domestic shipping has been set to standard with track & trace. If you are a customer in the Netherlands and require additional service, please contact me before ordering.

Buyers from outside the EU, please note that you may be charged custom taxes.

I take great care in packing your product and I will reuse packing materials whenever possible, for reason of sustainability and to reduce costs.

All prices in my shop include VAT / BTW. Customers in the Netherlands may also refer to the general terms of ‘Lichtelijk Creatief Design’ (http://lichtelijkcreatief.nl/algemene-voorwaarden/). For custom orders an advance payment of 50% of the selling price is required.

Warrenty- and exchangepolicy:
Whenever you have an issue with a product that you have bought from me, I will do my very best to solve it in a professional and fair way. Please report any issue as soon as it comes up.

I stand for my craftsmanship and products. None the less, I offer a two year warrenty on construction and parts of the products that I make. In case of a redesign product however this warrenty will be limited to the newly added parts and/or added construction. Since I make mostly unique objects or limited small series, exchange will not always be possible in case you are entitled to claim warrenty. If a repair is possible and feasible, this will be at no costs (return shipment costs excluded). Alternatively a full or partial refund can be offered, depending on the fair unobstructed use that you have had. We can also agree, if possible, that I offer or make a similar or different new product.

I take great effort to use good quality materials, but please note that with certain natural materials (like wood) these can be subject to change by conditions that I have no control over. Cracks may be present and form a characteristic detail of the product. The colour of the product may change over time, particularly when exposed to bright sunlight. Uncontrollable conditions are excluded from warrentyclaims, but you can always consult me for advice.

Be aware that when a product contains wood or other organic materials you should consult local customs- or other government agencies for advice on importing such a product. Rules vary per country or continent. Driftwood- and finished woodproducts are generally safe to import into the U.S.A.
