I reached out to get tracking information and no one got back to me. I never received the item. I had to get Etsy involved to return my money. I still have no idea where the mug is that I ordered. Very disappointed because it was a birthday gift and it would have been perfect.

I ordered this several weeks before Father’s Day as a gift, seller never responded to requests for update and the product never arrived. Don’t waste your time or money.

I never recieved the item I ordered and after the I messaged the seller, no response, so I had to make a refund order with etsy. My order was $96, I made sure I was getting my money back. It’s just upsetting because i was giving this to my bf for his birthday, I would not shop through this seller, very bad customer service!
