Gift wrapping and packaging

All my items are checked before shipping and leave in perfect condition.

Damaged items via postage

If an item is damaged in the mailing process, my shop cannot be held responsible. Once it is mailed, it is no longer my property. I strive to make sure everything is packaged and packed properly so there is no damage.

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged

YOUR CONES AND SWEET BOXES ARE DISPATCHED IN PERFECT CONDITION AND CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE PACKAGED. I WRAP EACH CONE IN BUBBLE WRAP BEFORE SENDING. I THEREFORE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PURCHASE THAT IS DAMAGED, LOST OR RECEIVED LATE. ONCE THE PARCEL IS IN THE HANDS OF THE COURIER THE REMAINDER OF ITS JOURNEY IS BEYOND MY CONTROL. IN THE EVENT OF ANY SPLIT CONES/ BAGS I WILL SEND YOU SOME EMPTY CONE BAGS TO REFILL. PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

I have a dispatch/make time of 1-3 business days and at very busy times I will not dispatch until the 3rd day then postage times need to be added to this time. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that when they order they are allowing enough time for their order to arrive in time for when needed. Please do not add a note to your order and expect it to arrive within a few days. Please contact me first. I always do my best to ensure you get your items in time.
