Custom and personalized orders
I do accept custom orders. Design work time and completion time are favored into the negotiated price for custom pieces. Custom pieces generally take longer to complete given the nature of design work so ample time will need to be planned for before starting. Non refundable payment deposit of half down must be made before a custom order will be started. Communication for custom orders will be done through email or through inquiry through my website www.driftlessglassworks.com
Care instructions
All finished pieces come with a care card to properly take care of your finished glass pieces. Sometimes glass can develop white spots from oxidation. If that happens gently wipe off with a damp cloth and apply a little baby oil, or wax to the solder lines. Message with questions for care.
How to hang sun catchers
Do not use suction cups. Best method is to use chain or secured fishing wire. Be sure to check on your piece of using fishing line to make sure there is no sun degradation and the line is still holding. Be careful leaning a piece against a wall or other unsecured locations.
