Custom and personalized orders
Most of our listings can be customized in one way or another. Please read the details of the listing to see what information can be customized.
Sizing details
Each listing has clear sizing of the item you will receive.

What is your current production time?
Each listing has details about what the production time is for that item. You can also find the expected ship date by going to the "purchases and reviews" section in your etsy account if you have already placed an order. The first business day begins the day after your purchase. There is a delivery window given when placing an order, please pay attention to it before completing an order.
If your event is coming up quick and falls close to the longer end of a delivery window, you have the option to RUSH your order. A rush order means that we provide a guaranteed delivery date. The cost of a rush order is to cover a faster shipping method and the purchase of insurance should the item not arrive in time.
What is your return policy?
At Creative Party Design, we take a lot of pride in creating high quality handmade items. Your order is made special for you and only you. Since we are not able to put your item back on the shelf and sell it to someone else, we do not accept returns.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please send us a direct message so that we can fix the problem immediately.

I just received my order and it isn't correct or my item was damaged
First off, we apologize and want to correct our mistake right away! We are here to make beautiful handmade items - not mistakes. We check and re-check our work, but sometimes things happen. Kindly send us a message telling us exactly what is wrong and a picture of our mistake and what the latest date possible to receive a replacement would be.
In the unfortunate event that we can not replace the item soon enough for your event we then give a full refund.
If part of your order was damaged, we do have an under/over policy of 5%. If only 5% or less of the item was damaged we are only able to provide a refund for those items.
Thank you for understanding that our items are custom and therefore sometimes human error occurs.
Can you rush my order?
Yes, we offer rush production and a guaranteed delivery date. Please read the entire listing details of the item you are interested in for instructions for how to receive a guaranteed delivery date.
If we can not meet your deadline a full refund is given.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order for no reason if you message us within one hour of placing that order.
If you are purchasing the rush production/guaranteed production listing along with another item your order will be fully refundable if we can not deliver it to you when needed. We will be in contact via Etsy messages within 48 hours of your rush order being placed to confirm that we can deliver your order by when you need it. Please read the rush listing for details on how to cancel when placing a rush order.
Missing Customization Information
If your order is submitted without customization information as requested in the listing, we reserve the right to create your order without the customization and ship as is. If we have reached out and you do not respond in 24 hours, we will make the item as best as possible, or choose colors to customize and ship your item.
Requesting a proof prior to printing
We do not provide proofs prior to printing unless one is requested. If a proof is not approved in 48 hours we will consider it approved and send the item into production. If more than one design option is given and we do not receive a response for the proof we will choose the option we think is best and send your item into production.
My package says delivered, or has been in transit for longer than expected
All of our items ship with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Contact us right away if your package is delayed, lost in transit or damaged in transit. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier we used and we work to get you a refund or a replacement.
Creative Party Design will not be held liable for any specific damages or consequential claims that exceed the invoiced value of the merchandise purchased if the merchandise is not delivered on a specified date or is delayed in transit based on circumstances beyond our control. Our products are sold F.O.B. (freight on board) factory and are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the delivery company.
