How do I keep my dough from sticking to my cookie cutter?
The best way is to dip your cutter into flour or icing sugar before you press. Sometimes it also sticks if your dough is too warm or too thick. Try putting your dough in the fridge to cool off, and roll your dough to 1/4 inch thick.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes, we do!
Please send us a message with the details of your request, including any photos or drawings you might have. We will have our design team work with you to create the perfect cutter.
Where is my order?
Due to the current situation with Covid, Canada Post has higher volumes than normal and is experiencing significant delays with deliveries.
We ask that you please allow sufficient time for your delivery with either of our 2 levels of service offered.

Tracking My Order
Tracking numbers are only provided if an express service was purchased. All regular shipping is done through standard Canada Post with no tracking number.
I am located in the USA, will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?
No, you will not have to pay any duties and taxes. Our company will have these charges prepaid at time of shipping so you will not owe anything above the cost of your order.
