Customer service was quick but the Orion EA the Etsy seller is selling does not work at all. I am very competent and tech savvy and know how to install these softwares on to MT4 or MT5 platforms. The Orion Scalper is not fit for purpose and does not work. The seller did send me another product to try which also did not work at all it just showed server connected. The seller can say what they want to defend the products they sell which the seller advised me that they do not own or have not created they only sell them. As i mentioned sell was quick to respond as soon as i mentioned in the email that i will be leaving negative feedback they responded very quickly clearly due to me mentioning the negative feedback point i raised.

the robot comes with no instructions and greats huge drawdown blowing accounts. Please provide assistance so we could use it properly. as is i cannot recomment it

I have an issue with uploading an ea in my broker. When I'm supposed to upload it there is no OK button to assist me with uploading the ea in my chart , The are two sections that appear instead of 3 . It's Cancel and Reset. It's supposed to be OK, Cancel and Reset, Right now there Is no OK and I can't run the ea because of that may you please assist me on this
