CreativePlaces is situated on the banks of the Illinois River in Eastern Oklahoma and it is from the rich culture of the area that we derive many of the ideas that you will find on this site. CreativePlaces is known for our variety of Burlap Table Runners & Home Decor but we have added new accessories and fabrics in keeping with the simple elegance that the original burlap table runners embraced.
Our business began when our daughter Sarah was married at a rustic ranch located in a valley near us. She loved the rough-hewn ambience of the ranch but wanted a classy tone as well and, finding nothing that would quite embrace both of these ideas, we developed the idea of burlap table runners that perfectly accomplished our goals! Finding that others shared our sense of style, and having recovered from the wedding, CreativePlaces was born.
