I've bought a digital product but haven't received any email!
All digital products are sent out by Etsy automatically, they do seem to end up in the spam folders from time to time so check those. AND make sure you use the correct email when placing the order. If you still can't find your purchase, contact Etsy support or send me a message and we'll sort it out one way or another!
I can't find the SVG files I just downloaded!
I've noticed this is pretty common for Windows users. If you don't have Windows set to show file extensions it can be tricky since a lot of Windows computers have SVG files set to open in your browser by default. In other words, SVG files can show up with your browser icon if you don't have another program associated with them.
Either that or your cat ate them but since SVG files are digital that's not very likely...
Can I use your SVGs for X and does it work with program X?
If your program support SVG or PNG files you can use my designs. I don't know all the programs out there so check to see if the program you use support any of the file types included. Also make sure the designs you're thinking about buying will work for your project. Some of my designs have very fine details and is amazing for card design or etching but might not be ideal for cutting in certain materials.
