Hi Ericka, Thank you for choosing this wonderful house design! The floor plans show the location of plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs etc. However, the plumbing design is typically by the plumbing contractor/engineer. 5 out of 5 starsCreative Rose Designs did a fantastic job on my custom plans. I found A-Frame plans on her store, but I wanted quite a few customizations and she did not disappoint. She was very responsive and communicating about the customizations was a very smooth process. She made sure to include all of the items on my wishlist while providing professional insight into how to incorporate the ideas I had. The finished plans were very detailed and as she described. This was all in about a weeks time so the quick time frame the plans were finished by was a plus as well! If I have another build in the future, I will definitely have her do my plans again.
