5 out of 5 starsI only recieved half of the files. The Instagram post showed up but when I tried uploading the stories it said that the seller had changed privacy settings. I reached out, didn’t ask for a refund or anything just for the seller to resolve my issue by sending me a link that was accessible. But now it’s been almost 24hrs with no response or resolution. I was excited to use these, they looked like they would save me so much time and she end up putting me a day or more behind schedule. Not to mention to edit her templates I also had to get a Canva membership to remove the watermark from them, next time I will just use canva ☹️
