I ordered two different pieces from this shop and love both of them. Steph is truly a gem to work with and a rare gift in this world of customer service. When she was preparing my order, she noticed a flaw in one of them and reached out to me to explain the situation and offer several options. One was to wait until another canvas could be created but it would be a couple of weeks. I could have chosen a refund or exchange, but I waited. I am so glad I did! They are both perfect!
