How do I access my files?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with a download link.
You can also find your files anytime by going to:
Etsy → Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files
If you checked out as a guest, please use the download link from your Etsy receipt email.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Since all products are digital and available for instant download, I’m unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you experience any issue with your files, please message me — I’ll be happy to help!
Do you offer customization?
I don’t offer custom design services or edits myself, but the good news is — you can customize everything in the template! Text, colors, fonts, and images are all fully editable, so you can easily adjust the design to fit your brand or project perfectly.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
Most templates work perfectly with Canva Free, but some may include Pro elements (such as premium photos or fonts). You can easily replace these with free alternatives if you don’t have Canva Pro.
What are the license terms?
You can use the templates for personal or commercial purposes — for example, to create content, websites, or branding for yourself or your clients.
However, reselling, redistributing, or sharing the templates as editable files is not permitted.
Can I use the same template for multiple clients?
Yes, if you purchased it for commercial use as a designer or social media manager, for example. However, you can’t resell the editable file itself and any extra materials that come with it.
