Shipping
FOR DIGITAL FILES: Digital files and made-to-order digital files do not have shipping costs. Digital files will be delivered straight to your Etsy account. Proofs are available upon request. SVG's and prints, as soon as payment is made you will receive an instant download.
FOR PRINTED INVITATIONS: After your invitation has been approved, it will be sent to print and shipped within 5-7 business days.
FOR DECALS: Decals will be shipped in 2-10 business days.
RUSH ORDERS WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
Refunds
All designs are made to order and customized specifically for your needs. Due to these reasons, Creative Suga Design Studio does not give refunds or exchanges. In some circumstances, you could receive a store credit.
What's Included In My Invitation Order?
If you are purchasing a made-to-order digital file, you will receive (1) PNG file and (1) PDF file with two either 4x6 or 5x7 invitations. If you are purchasing printed invitations, you will receive your printed invitations and white envelopes.
If you are purchasing a made-to-order digital invitation package you will receive your 4x6 or 5x7 invitation in (1) PNG file, (1) PDF file and (2) PDF's with your enclosure cards.
What's Included In My Thank You Card Order?
If you are purchasing a digital file, you will receive (1) JPEG file and (1) PDF file with two 4x6 cards. If you are purchasing printed thank you cards, you will receive your printed cards and white envelopes.
What's included In My Decal Order?
With every decal order you will receive your purchased decal with transfer paper and an instruction sheet for application assistance.
What's Included In My SVG Order?
In all SVG orders you will receive (1) SVG file, (1) JPEG file, and (1) PNG file.

Creative Suga Design Studio does NOT claim ownership over any images, graphics, or characters as they bring to their respective copyright owners. You are paying for our time and creative services while creating your special items.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like to request a custom order, please contact me directly through an Etsy message. We can customize any of our items. We can change colors, wording, etc. for a small fee.
Printing
*Disclaimer: Every printer and monitor is different. Colors may vary or be slightly different than what you see on your screen.
You will be able to print your order at any printing company (FedEx Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot, Costco, etc.) with ease. If you print your order from home, please use a nice quality cardstock.
Our files are between 300 & 330 DPI for a high quality print. If you are trying to print your order either at home or at a print company and your items are printing in a low quality or blurry, you must save the file first instead of just keeping the download.
Shay Lanae Designs offers printing options as well.
