I did not receive a link to download my item.
You need to go to the Purchases and reviews section of your Esty account
in the top right of the screen, click the second button from the right to access a drop down menu. Then, click on purchases and reviews to access your purchased items.
On the next page, click "Download files" Which will take you to the page where you can download your files
Please note, you will need to do this on a computer using a chrome or safari browser, as the Etsy mobile does not have the function to download.
How do I edit the editable files?
Open up the PowerPoint file, and scroll down or click on the page with the template you would like to edit. There will be a text box that says "Text Here". Click on that, and you will be able to edit it.
