Custom and personalized orders

Please keep in mind that I cannot cancel custom orders, because they are each made custom for you. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
Production Time
For physical products, production time is usually 1-2 weeks, but to be safe I list it as 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment.
For digital products, immediately after purchase. Etsy delivers your download automatically to your account.
Address Change
Unfortunately, addresses cannot be changed, as production starts once we receive your order. Please ensure the address is correct at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Many of my products are made-to-order and fulfilled by a trusted partner, or are digital downloads. For these reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, I’m committed to your satisfaction — if there’s an issue with quality or delivery, please message me and I’ll make it right.

Physical products processing time is 2-7 business days, plus shipping 3-8 business days US.
You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. If you haven't received your item within 10 business days (U.S.), please contact me so I can check the status.
Sizing details
Please review all size charts and product details carefully before ordering. Each item is custom-made for you, so I cannot accept exchanges for wrong size or color selection.
Cancellations
I begin processing orders quickly, so I don’t accept cancellations after the order is placed. Please double-check all info before submitting.

Lost or Damaged Orders
