After payment, your files are available immediately. Go to Etsy › You › Purchases and reviews and click Download Files next to your order. You’ll also receive a download link on the order page. If you have any problem, message me and I’ll resend the files.

First, download the file to your computer (not open from the browser). Use a standard image viewer (Photos, Preview) for JPG/PNG or Adobe Reader for PDFs. For SVG/AI/EPS open with vector software (Illustrator, Affinity). If you still see an error, tell me which file and I’ll help troubleshoot or resend.

Most of my designs are digital downloads, meaning no physical product will be shipped. However, a few select artworks are available as professionally printed and shipped products through trusted print partners.
Each listing clearly mentions whether the item is digital or physical, so you’ll always know what you’re getting before purchasing.

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. I cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded. If there’s a problem with your files or they don’t open, contact me and I’ll fix or replace them promptly.

Most listings include multiple common print sizes (for example 2×3, 3×4, 4×5, 4×6, 5×7, A4, A3, 8×10, 11×14, 16×20) or a high-res file you can scale. For best print quality, use files at 300 DPI, recommended Sizes and choose a reputable print lab or a good home printer. If you want custom sizes, I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Please note that some designs may not suit certain dimensions, as resizing can affect the composition or balance of the artwork.

Yes — JPG/PNG/PDF files can be resized for printing within recommended limits. Vector files (SVG/AI/EPS) are fully scalable. If you need a resized or cropped version, I offer a small customization service — message me with the exact dimensions.

Color can vary by monitor and printer. Monitors use RGB; most print labs use CMYK, and paper type influences color too. I recommend printing a small test or using a professional print lab and selecting paper that matches your desired look (matte, luster, gloss).

Personal use (home decor, gifts) is included. Commercial use (resale, merchandise, logos, mass production) is not permitted unless you purchase a commercial license or I approve a custom license. Contact me with your intended use and I’ll quote a license or custom artwork.

Yes — I offer custom color variations, sizing and bespoke pieces. Typically it takes 2–7 business days depending on complexity and availability. Send a message with your request details and reference samples; I’ll reply with pricing and turnaround time.

Each listing clearly lists included format. Typical file types: high-resolution JPG/PNG, PDF, and SVG/AI/EPS (if listed). If you need a different format other than listed, just ask — I can often provide an alternate file. (Check the specific listing for exactly what’s included.)
