5 out of 5 starsThe picture turned out perfectly! My aunt & uncle lost their precious cat, Roscoe, a couple of months ago. I wanted to get them something to commemorate him, and a photo for them to put by his ashes and paw print. The seller was super quick letting me know they were working on the print, and had the final draft to me in less than 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this shop and will order from here again!

What makes a good photo?
1. Close up time! Be sure your pet’s photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting.
2. Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face.
What backgrounds can I have?
You can pick any color for the background, even a custom background.
What can I do with my portrait?
Anything you like, You can have just the digital print and do as you wish with these, or of course, the canvas/framed print can be hung straight on to the wall.
How long does this take?
Please respect the time this takes our artists to do, we try to get you the digital print within 1-4 working days.
What if I’m not 100% happy with the portrait?
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the important details of the person and are always ready to make changes until you are happy with your final print.
Will I be charged for changes to my order after it’s been made?
It is the customer’s responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes.
What print quality will my digital print come in?
we are sending a high quality file. and you can pick any size you want.
How we create the portraits?
We create these portraits with help from an AI generator and digital painting skills like photoshop.
