Custom and Personalized Orders
We are happy to offer customization! Please reach out before placing an order so we can discuss your specific request.
• Once you’ve shared your customization idea, we will check its feasibility and provide you with a special link for the order. Make sure to leave any additional details about your request in the order notes.
• Please double-check your spelling for any personalized text (names, titles, etc.). We are not responsible for errors submitted by the buyer.
Can I request a refund or exchange?
Since all of our items are custom-made based on your selected size and color, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
• However, if there is an issue with the quality of your product, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to help!
What if I entered the wrong address or my package was returned?
If the shipping address provided was incorrect, your order may be returned to us by the carrier.
• In that case, we will reach out to you once we receive the package. We’ll provide a link for the additional shipping fee, and once that’s settled, we will resend the order.
• It’s essential to double-check your address before completing your order. If your USPS label hasn't been generated yet, please contact us immediately for any address changes.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we love working on bulk orders! If you’re interested in placing a large order, send us a message, and we’ll provide a custom quote based on the quantity and materials needed.
