Do you accept custom orders?
Due to our order volume and our production schedule, we do not accept custom orders. We're open to suggestions, and will often times add items to the shop if they are highly requested or a great fit with our other offerings.
What pens can I use on the vinyl?
Any permanent based ink will work great! This includes markers and pens such as a Sharpie Ultra Fine Marker, Pilot Extra Fine Point Permanent Marker, or Sakura Microperm pens. Gel pens, felt pens, and other non-permanent inks will smear. Please note that Sharpie Pens will NOT work as they are not a permanent based ink.
I have a different planner format that requires different sized stickers. Can I get a kit resized to fit my planner?
This falls within the custom order realm, and can't be accommodated. I only design for planners that I have and use, so I'm able to test measurements and layouts. This way I can fully stand behind the product I offer.
