1 out of 5 starsSeller took three weeks to prepare the order then send me the wrong item. Won’t refund or send the right item unless I pay for the return. What a waste of time and money. They were Completely unprofessional and rude when I contacted them. I do not recommend.

We're sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. The item received was not the item ordered, and we offered a resolution in accordance with our shop policies. We asked that the incorrect item be returned so that we could either send the correct item or process a refund. Unfortunately, the return was declined. As a small business, we cannot provide a refund while also allowing customers to keep the item. We have always been willing to resolve the issue once the item is returned. We remain committed to helping our customers and would still be happy to assist if the item is returned according to our return policy.
