PAYMENT
Our main accepted payment method is PayPal. All payments must be received within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders will be kept on file for 24 hours before cancellation, so please ensure payment is completed within this timeframe.

PACKAGING
Items are sent in secure packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you have any special postal requests, please contact me before purchasing.
Please note: Items ordered together may be shipped in separate packages, but they will always be shipped on the same day. Each package will have its own unique tracking number.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
Items will be shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is cleared.
- Cost: Free shipping from Hungary via the Hungarian Postal Service.
- Customs: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery time so you can follow your package.

DELIVERY TIME
Your package ships from Budapest, Hungary.
- Europe: Approximately 14 business days.
- US & Overseas: Approximately 25 business days.

Exceptions: Shipping does not occur on Sundays, official public holidays, or when the shop is set to Vacation Mode. However, you can still message me at any time!
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is fully precise and correct during checkout.

RIGHT TO CANCEL (EU Customers)
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The 30-day cancellation period begins on the day you receive your product, rather than the date of purchase.
