    Sherry and Bill Harman are the wife and husband team behind Crooked Tree Creations. Located in central Ohio, we work together to bring you unique wreaths, arrangements and floral décor. Sherry is the creative designer and Bill handles the operations. We believe that our days are best spent together creating a life and business doing what we love. Working out of our home studio allows us to fill our thriving Etsy store, participate in local juried shows and supply inventory to specialty shops in our area.

    We are well known for our one of a kind florals including birch wreaths, rust watering cans, baskets and arrangements. With everything from upscale and sophisticated to cute and whimsical, we strive to offer our customers a wide variety of selections you will not see anywhere else. Using only the finest materials, we bring you quality designs that will last for years to come.

    Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. In the unlikely event a return is requested, please contact me within 3 days. Item must be returned within 7 days, undamaged and in the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Original transaction shipping costs are non-refundable. Crooked Tree Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your item is damaged in shipment, save all packing materials so that you can make a claim with the carrier. Please notify me immediately should any problems arise so the issue may be resolved promptly.

    Accepted form of payment is Etsy Payments. All purchases will ship once payment has cleared. Ohio purchases are subject to a 7.5% state sales tax.
    Shipping
    I ship throughout the continental United States using either USPS or FedEx. Currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO's, PPO's or internationally. Items ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included. All products are packaged with extreme care to ensure safe arrival. Due to the fragility of my florals, items are not eligible for combined shipping.

    To ensure the beauty and longevity of your florals, I would advise against exposing these items to direct moisture. Outdoor use is only recommended in a protected location. If this is a gift, I would be happy to enclose a personalized card on your behalf. Please be sure that I have proper information and shipping address.
