CUSTOM ORDERS
We offer custom orders for:
⚬ solid color silk fabric MOQ 100 yards,
⚬ digital printing with client's patterns, 50 yards for silk fabric and 100 yards for ramie/linen fabric,
⚬ stone-washed silk fabric MOQ 200 yards.
SHIPPING
All orders ship from Shenzhen or Hong Kong, China. It is recommended to leave a phone number to ensure faster delivery, and all orders will be shipped to your Etsy address only. So please make sure that your address is correct.
We take responsibility for lost packages, offering either a full refund or we will resend without extra cost. However, we are not responsible for lost packages due to the wrong address given by client.

HOW TO ORDER
Fabric width is fixed. Standard fabric width 110cm, 114cm, 140cm for silk, ramie,linen, and 150cm for wool. Fabric length can be cut✂️ to what you need.
Fabric length is sold by 0.5 yard, half yard - some of them sold by 1 yard or fixed size - and you can select the quantity you want at the drop down menu. For example if you want 1 yard, please choose quantity as 2.
When you choose 0.5 yard per unit:
Qty 1 = 0.5 Yard
Qty 2 = 1 yard
Qty 3 = 1.5 Yards
Qty 4 = 2 Yards
... and so on
No cutting✨ if you buy multi quantities, you'll receive your beautiful fabric in one piece, continuous without extra cut.

SWATCH
We offer small swatches 10x10cm for most of our fabrics. Cost and postage please refer to listings.
Full refund including postage when client place offical order.
NOTE
Please note that fabric may be sold out and non-restockable before you receive your swatch since many of them are left-over orders from branded clients so we have no right to reproduce.
Also, for those we can reproduce there will be 5~10% color difference.

We can produce OEKO certificated silk fabrics to your own colors and patterns with small quantities. Send us a convo if you are interested.

LOST PACKAGES

Care instructions
All fabrics except wool cashmere at CroseFabrics are easy to wash at home👏. Please follow below care instructions to make sure they are always fresh and new. ✨.
SILK FABRICS (all types) & SILK ITEMS
⚬ DRY CLEAN is best and recommended
Unless dry clean,silk fabrics except Mud silk(Gambiered canton silk) should be prewashed before sewing under below washing instructions:
1. Use special detergent made for silk only
2. Hand wash or machine wash lukewarm (max 86°F/30°C) at most gentle cycle
3. Hung dry or flat dry avoiding direct strong sunlight
4. Steam or iron low on the reverse side
5. Do not tumble dry
6. No bleach, no soap
