Sizing details

Notes about scale

Miniature scale can vary quite a bit between different sculptors and miniature lines, and different people have different ideas on how scaling works. That being said, if a scale is listed, it was set by the sculptor, and not something I determined.

So that nobody is surprised, I measure each and every model from foot to center eye (or eyes. or where the eye probably is.) and put those numbers right up top so you can easily see if a model fits your table

Can you make the model bigger/smaller?

Yes, I can - depending on the model - go from 15mm up to around 200mm. Prices will vary between sizes. Feel free to ask for a quote if interested in resizing a model

Are there small parts?

Yes. The models themselves are miniature so by their very nature are small. They are not intended for children under 13

Assembly

Putting together a model will require gluing and possibly minor sanding and/or filling.
I use Loctite gel super-glue on my own models, but any standard super-glue should work.

Sanding twigs, nail files, high grit sandpaper all work for smoothing off imperfections left by the support structure.

The curing process may cause slight variations in larger pieces in how they line up, some sanding or gap-filling may be needed.

I do my best to provide the cleanest and easiest to assemble model as possible, but, resin model kits are not perfect and there should be some level of expectation that standard kit building procedures are needed

What kind of resin do you use?

Most models are made with 8k Syratech Fast navy grey with a splash of Tenacious for better strength and durability. For certain models that have thin, easy to break parts I may use an 8k ABS-like resin for enhanced durability.

There's a model I like, but it's not in your shop. Can you print it?

If the model is by one of the sculptors I have listed, then yes. Just let me know what model you're wanting and I will buy the file for it and have a listing up for you ASAP.

I have merchant licenses for DM Stash, Bite the Bullet, Irnkman Minis, Clay Cyanide, Ethan Savage, Imagine Minis,and Cross Lances. I also have license for some terrain items by SRS Studio.

What kind of paint do you use if I opt for a pre- primed model?

Vallejo surface primer. It's an acrylic type paint. I airbrush in 2 stages - neutral grey with white zenithal. If you would prefer just one solid color just let me know.
