5 out of 5 starsExcellent Blue Tara Quartz!!!! Lovely stones with great energy. Would buy from again & recommended. First few I bought I got in 2 days from USA. I bought more, but those came from Europe and took a few weeks to get (bummed about the slow time, but overall still excellent).

Also, I did not get any information on where this meteorite was found, what its number is etc. This is normally done when buying a meteorite...

5 out of 5 starsOne of these stones was included – quite large and beautiful. However, I had ordered two. Perhaps the second one looks so different that I simply didn't recognize it among the large number of tumbled stones in the package... Nevertheless I give full stars because of the beauty of the one stone I described above. The packaging was careful and sturdy, and the shipping was on time.

I would like to order a custom product, how do I do this?
Due to busy times, custom products, white label and private label options are currently not available.
Do you really use vegan and animal cruelty free materials?
Certainly, and we have certificates for this. According to the European law, cosmetics must be cruelty free in Europe, which we ofcourse adhere to.
Is wholesale possibble?
Yes, our products are in stores and we also have large requested orders, for example for a wedding or party. For the moment and due to busy times, only wholesale for the crystal soap with a crystal inside is possible.
Are you compliant with the European Cosmetic law?
Yes, we are, and happy to say so! We have safety reports for all our cosmetic products (the crystal shaped ones are decorative!) our products are listed at the CPNP, we keep an administration of all the used ingredients in the cosmetic soaps and our labelling also complies to the European law. We also work under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) that is also compliant to ISO 22716:2007. You are in good and safe hands with our products!
Crystals and medical conditions
If you are using crystals for healing purposes please be aware that crystal healing/therapy is intended to be used as a complementary therapy and is not to be considered a substitute for conventional medicine. If you have a serious health issue you should always consult your doctor.
What about shipping and lost packages?
Our current shop policy is that when you make an order you can choose between standard shipping (untracked) and our shipping upgrades (with tracking). No refunds to lost packages or packages marked as delivered! This is to protect ourselves in these uncertain times where covid is taken as an advantage for fraudulent purchases. Shipping is at your own risk. Please only contact me through Etsy with a problem with your order, contact through other channels is invalid.
Origin of crystals
The stones and minerals that we sell come from various wholesalers across the continent. We believe it is important that these stones are ethically justified and obtained, without child labor and gross destruction and pollution of habitat. The stones and minerals on the website only come from areas where groundwork is being carried out for new destination locations where the stones are "saved" and sold as a by-product. That is why we always check this with our wholesalers so that we can make pleasant purchases and sales.
All crystals are 100% genuine and authentic unless otherwise specified in the listing description, such as with, for example, goldstone (synthetic man made) and citrine quartz (heat treated amethyst).

Good causes
We strongly believe we should give back to Mother Earth. We donate to good causes every year, our main good cause is Stichting Wildlife in the Netherlands, we also aim to give even more back. Hopefully more about this in the future. And we also use Ecosia a lot, the search engine that plants trees! :)
Plastic
Only the most fragile items, such as candles or other items of glass, one-of-a-kind jewelry and the crystal specimens (clusters, rough) are shipped using bubble wrap. We ALWAYS collect and keep bubble wrap, paper and other packaging materials such as shipping boxes that are still good when a purchase is made from where we buy our (raw) materials from, and we re-use their packaging materials. For the rest of the items, such as the tumbled stones, only recycled paper is used. Even our packaging tape is made of paper!
When you see the green bubble wrap, this is our own, but this is recycled. We aim for a 100% plastic free company, but some items, such as stated above, cannot be shipped without bubble wrap without getting damage.
