How often do you ship?
We ship every day Monday through Friday except on Holidays. It might take us a few days to make a product but we ship normally as soon as it is ready.
Do you actually make all your products?
Actually yes, we make every product here. We use only natural, and as far as possible, ethically sourced raw materials. We take pride in every product we make and sell.
What do I do if something is missing or broken or damaged?
We know that the world is not perfect and the post office and other delivery companies are not perfect either. And, we can screw up packing something too! It can happen. And when it does, we fix it. Just send us a note in Etsy or to support@crystalconjuremagic.com and we will make thing right for you. Easy.
Do you take special requests?
We are happy to entertain your requests. We know our products might not be perfect for everyone’s needs. If you need a special oil, powder, grid, or any item, or you need something personalized, just let us know. Our team here is part of the team at Crystal Vaults. We are a very small business inside a small business. We sell the magic items here at Crystal Conjure Magic and we sell crystals on our website Crystal Vaults. We ship for both entities from our shared office in Bunnell Florida.

We do… all orders over $35 qualify for free shipping in the continental US
Is a spell and a ritual the same thing?
In our world, a spell is a ritual asking for the Universal Spirit to grant a request. So the word “spell” and the word “ritual” are synonymous here.
What is the difference between a spell oil or a spell powder and an actual spell?
A spell oil or powder is a selected grouping of herbal and crystal essences that have magical energy. A spell is a ritual that uses those herbal and crystal essences mixed with others and with formal intent to create a focused request to the Universal Mind for a specific desire.
What is the difference between a jar spell and a spell jar?
A spell jar is a jar with some or all the necessary components of a spell. Usually they need personal items and Intentions added and sealed to become a jar spell.
A jar spell is a complete spell locked in a jar and sealed to prevent it being tampered with or altered. Jar spells are mostly for blessings
or protections of places and the people that happen to be in those places like Family Blessings. Sleep and dream spells, and property and family protection spells.
