I’ve been getting pet memorial frames from this place for yeaaars now. The quality is great, and she’s great to work with but the frames are getting so darn expensive anymore. I’ll continue to buy as my pets pass, but it’s harder and harder to spend $35+ dollars on a frame now

While beautiful, this picture frame was very thin and unsubstantial for the price. The wood was so light and thin, that it seemed like a wooden frame you would buy at a craft store to paint yourself. Seems the price did not match the quality and I was actually a little embarrassed to gift it.

I am really loathe to leave poor reviews on things that people hand-make, but I’m so disappointed in the quality of this frame. The design is adorable and the color is beautiful. However, the wood feels very flimsy, the panel is plastic instead of glass, and the stamping was not clean. You can see a mark from the top of the stamp. For the price, I just expected something a little bit nicer.
