It’s such a soft material. It’s incredibly well-made. Very happy! Can’t wait to buy something else from the store when I need it. Many ideas for many different costumes!

Do you have an in-person location I can shop at?
Yes! You can find my shops at Sherwood Forest Faire, Scarborough Renaissance Festival, Texas Renaissance Festival, and Steampunk November. Outside of festival seasons, I accept appointments at my Grand Prairie, Texas workshop. The appointment request form can be found at FaireTreasures.com
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item after contacting me no later than 14 days after delivery date for a refund minus the shipping costs, or for an exchange. Items must be returned to me within 30 days of original delivery, and buyer is responsible for purchasing both return shipping as well as shipping for an exchange. Refunds are given after I have received the item and completed an inspection. Worn or damaged returned items will not receive a full refund. Returns must be sent with delivery confirmation, and items valued over $50 must be shipped with insurance as well. In the case of refused shipments or unauthorized returns, I will contact you with an invoice for reshipment.
Can you change an aspect of this design for me?
Custom orders are currently closed, which includes design alterations. I'm hopeful that I will be able to offer customs again in the coming years.
Do you have shipping upgrades available? - USA customers
I ship orders by USPS with delivery confirmation as per the timeline shown with each item depending on whether the item is Made to Order or Ready to Ship. Please check the Shipping area of an item to see how long it will take to ship. If there is an abnormal delay in shipping your item, I will contact you through Etsy's messaging system. Please be sure to check them regularly if you don't have the system set to email you when you receive one!
Jewelry and accessories have First Class Mail as standard shipping, with upgraded shipping options available during checkout. Clothing items have Priority Mail as standard shipping, with upgraded shipping options available during checkout. All items have tracking and insurance.
Do you have shipping upgrades available? - International customers
I ship items internationally by First Class Mail as the standard shipping option, with upgraded shipping options available during checkout. International shipping will never be marked with "gift" on the customs form, and buyer is responsible for any import fees and taxes. All items have insurance and tracking through the USA. Depending on your location, tracking may function through your local postal system once it enters your country.
