I enjoy making things that people can use, lights, platters, vessels, etc. however, most times my clay is filled with whimsical silly animals and creatures just begging to be set free. Hearing someone say “I have no idea what to do with this but I love it.“ Is the most amazing feeling in the world!

"When asked what my favorite part of creating was, I thought about it and realized I don't enjoy my art as much as I NEED my art. Much as a junkie needs his next fix...I am obsessed with an overwhelming NEED to create. If I go a few days without doing something creative I go through withdraw and am Not a nice person. Basically creating keeps me sane!"
