Once custom made to order , bespoke items have been purchased we are unable to cancel, refund or exchange on personalised custom /made to order items, as we immediately begin to source supplies for your order
This can include custom details to your liking such as color(s), sizing, style(s) & adding or removing extra accessories such as rhinestones or handles. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please contact us prior to ordering to clearly work out all details of your order and we will create it exactly as you wish. .Please be sure to check sizes, colour and all details of each item and be sure to check our dispatch and delivery times to your country before purchase.

We are not able to post to PO box address- Please use a physical street address when making your order and also provide a mobile telephone number with your order at checkout. Any Customs charges/ VAT charged by your country that may be due are the responsibility of the buyer. All Shipping costs are not refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.
We cannot be held accountable for customs delays no matter how long they may be due to delivery/customs delays that are beyond our control. Remote areas or multiple items ordered may incur extra shipping charges to the price originally paid we will not know the cost until booking your parcel and the buyer will be liable for these if applicable. The buyer is responsible for all delivery costs.

Please check your order carefully within 48 hours of delivery as shown on the tracking.. any damages/ issues with your order must be brought to our attention via Etsy message within that time frame . After 48 hours has passed we cannot take responsibility for damages in transit /missing items after this time.

It is important to remember that item that contains glass and/or acrylic can be delicate, and damage can be caused with relative ease. Please ensure you check any goods for damage before they are used and within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not accept responsibility for obvious damage that is reported after the 48hr delivery window or for item has that has been used.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for us to authorize a return. An item that is eligible for return must be returned with 14 days there after. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Although you cannot return custom made to order items, bespoke or personalised items, or any item that has been made especially for you to your specifications. All items when returned must be unused and all original seals /protective films etc.. intact in original or adequate packaging.
We cannot offer a refund, store credit /exchange if returned in a used/damaged condition and any loss of value or custom fees due to incorrect return process will be deducted from any refund due.

We do not accept returns for exchange or refund custom made to order, Personalised or bespoke items.
If you need to, please ask to order samples for colour matching prior to purchasing, as we do not refund custom made to order items due to colour/size issues.
Product colours can vary from the screen picture due to various lighting conditions/ monitor settings,(especially LCDs) are notoriously bad for colour accuracy.
The buyer must inform us of the reason for return within 14 days of receiving and then return the item with 14 days, The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and any loss in value for a returned parcel not returned in a saleable state, due to damage or misuse, and this will be deducted from the refund is due.

"We cannot be responsible or bear any cost for any customs fees/duty. These are the importer/ buyer responsibility. It is the buyer's /importer's responsibility, and you hereby agree to, research the product to ensure it meets your needs and that it can be lawfully imported into your jurisdiction. Cancellation on any order or refund or will not be offered for any item returned or destroyed by customs because they are prohibited/restricted in your country or if the buyer does not pay the duty tax due. Remote areas or multiple larger items ordered may incur extra shipping charges to the shipping price originally paid and we will not know the true cost until booking your parcel and the buyer will be liable for these if applicable.

Claims for Loss/item not received in transit will need to be submitted to us within 26 days from the date of dispatch email.
